一、工作起源 1、最早的时间: 上世纪六十年代; 2、最早的承担单位: 第一机械工业部机械科学研究院 3、最早的弹簧标准: 《圆柱螺旋弹簧技术条件与设计计算》一机部指导性技术文件; 4、行业状况: 弹簧行业处于松散阶段,企业尚未形 成专业化生产。
1.Origin a) Earliest time: 1960s; b) Earliest undertaker: The China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology under the First Ministry of Machine Building Industry; c) Earliest spring standard: “technology conditions and design calculation of cylindrical helical spring”, the technical policy document of First Ministry of Machine Building Industry; d) Industry situation: loose, unshaped, not forming a specialized production.
二、规模化制定阶段 1、时 间: 1974---1985年; 2、承担单位: 一机部标准化研究所; 3、标准数量: 10余项圆柱螺旋弹簧的设计、 制造、工艺与 规格标准;若干项板簧标准; 4、行业状况: 弹簧生产形成专业化,行业组织建立。
2.Scaled production stage a) Period: 1974-1985; b) Undertaker: the Standardization research institute of the First Ministry of Machine Building Industry; c) Number of standards: more than 10 standards for design, manufacture, technology and specification of cylindrical helical spring; d) Industry situation: not forming specialized production, not establishing Industry organization.
三、完善体系与修订阶段 1、时 间: 1986---1998年; 2、承担单位:机械部标准化研究所; 3、标准数量: 10余项圆柱螺旋弹簧标准的修订;新制定气弹簧、变节面弹簧、复合弹簧、耐高温弹簧等若干项标准;修订板簧标准若干项;标准体系基本形成。 4、行业状况:弹簧标准更多地与国外接轨,弹簧生产技术提高,行业技术交流与学术交流活跃。 5、质量状况:质量管理,质量控制在重点企业全面展开。开始对产品质量的监督检查。
3.System improvement and revision stage a) Period: 1986-1998; b) Undertaker: the Standardization Research Institute of the Machine Ministry; c) Number of standards: revision of more than 10 standards for cylindrical helical spring; new establishment of several standards for gas spring, irregular spring, laminated spring, and high temperature resistant spring; revision of several standards for plate spring; primitive form of the standard system. d) Industry situation: fusion of the spring standards with foreign standards; improvement of spring production technology; increase of industry technology and academic exchanges. e) Quality situation: comprehensive implementation of quality management and quality control in key enterprises; supervision and examination of production quality.
四、标委会全面运行阶段 1、时 间: 1999---2003年; 2、承担单位:全国弹簧标准化技术委员会; 3、标准数量:在完善体系的基础上,制修订标准10余项、复审标准30余项; 4、 行业状况:标委会联合协会、学会开展 标准化、学术技术交流与商务活动。标准化与行业发展紧密结合。 5、标委会全面跟踪国际弹簧标准化动态。
4.Comprehensive operation stage of NSSTA a) Period: 1999-2003; b) Undertaker: NSSTA; c) Number of standards: establishment and revision of more than 10 standards; review of more than 30 standards d) Industry situation: cooperation of NSSTA with Association and academy to carry out standardization, academic technology exchanges and commercial activities; close integration of standardization and industry development. e) Comprehensive tracking of NSSTA to the changes of international spring standardization.
